Resicom CEO to Attend Entrepreneur Purpose Workshop

July 2009

Lemont, IL

Resicom CEO John Fairclough will travel to New York to attend an entrepreneurial workshop designed to assist business owners in identifying how and why purpose-centered companies flourish.  Advantages marketing firm will host the interactive program to help entrepreneurs gain a new perspective on their company’s purpose, profit and overall performance.

The workshop is geared to promote participants to use their “passion and and the things that inspire them to create a business that resonates a purpose from the inside, and how to increase profitability and customer loyalty.”  The objectives of the workshop resonate with Resicom, who has always been a company that embraces self-evaluation and improving performance.

Fairclough and the CEO of Advantages, Fran Biderman-Gross, met at their MIT Enterprise Forum and Entrepreneur’s Organization Masters Program Class of 2011, where both were chosen as one of 65 students from world-wide applicants.

“It is so important to have organizational clarity,” says Fairclough. “The clearer the purpose, the clearer the direction. I’m looking forward to this seminar to find new ways to inspire our team around our purpose, and then learn how to convey it effectively.”
