Resicom Invites Grace Daly to Sales Team Training

Resicom is completely committed to the development of its greatest resource- its people.  To honor that initiative, Resicom hosted its first Sales Training Week for both veteran and new associates as part of Resicom University Sales Training Modules.  

 

Representatives of the Sales/ Solution team spent over 150 collective hours engaging in current job training that involved interactive presentations, break-out brainstorming sessions, and guest speakers.

 

Resicom was pleased to welcome guest speaker Grace Daly of Grace Daly International, Inc. as an expert resource in facility maintenance management.  Ms. Daly’s consultant services specialize in coaching, presenting and publishing pertinent topics to the retail development and facility management industry.  Ms. Daly is currently documenting innovations that will ultimately achieve the advancement of the industry in her upcoming book, and felt that Resicom’s initiatives would compliment her research findings.    

 

Ms. Daly graciously offered her invaluable insight and expertise as to what pain points national retail facility managers currently face, and how Resicom Sales/ Solutions representatives can effectively address those concerns.   Daly and Resicom representatives enjoyed a lively round table discussion ascertaining the needs and issues of today’s facility management, and how Resicom could respond with customized solutions.
