Resicom CEO John Fairclough has been accepted to the world-renowned MIT Enterprise Forum and Entrepreneur’s Organization Masters Program Class of 2011. John is one of only 65 candidates chosen from many world-wide candidates, all of whom must be remarkable within their industry and either a founder or cofounder of a company that meets certain thresholds.

John is the founder of Resicom, a dynamic and successful company that provides creative design solutions and disciplined approaches to project management at a service level currently unmatched in the industry. Resicom has earned its stellar reputation for providing brand protection through excellent facility maintenance and repair.

“I am honored to have my application accepted on the first try to such a highly regarded program. The curriculum is intense and I look forward to to learning from some of the best minds in the world,” says John.

The prestigious program was designed to “identify and bring together the next generation of entrepreneurial giants, and to provide the kind of intense blending of practice and theory that is necessary to excel as an entrepreneur”. The Entrepreneur Masters Program enables participants to interact and discuss real-world business situations with their peers of other successful business owners and CEOs. Program participants are also given the unique opportunity to engage in seminars and keynote addresses from the most innovative experts in both academic and business communities. The program covers the six fundamental areas of business pertinent to the entrepreneurial business owner including management, leadership, finance, operations, human resources, marketing & sales and strategy.

The commitment to this program will require John will travel to Massachusetts over the course of three years for four consecutive days per year to attend classes and seminars at the MIT Endicott House, an “elegant, off-campus, executive educational retreat owned and operated by MIT since 1955”.

John continues to evolve in his role as CEO and company visionary for Resicom. Since founding the company in 1998, John continually examines and fine-tunes how the team can improve performance and provide the insight and experience upon which clients have come to depend.

“I believe my involvement in the MIT program will teach me new practices and outlooks that I can bring back to Resicom that will help us continue innovating our industry,” says John.
